In recent years, during my meetings with SMEs, I often hear the same sentence:
“There is data, but there are no decisions.”

Many companies already have an ERP system, Excel files are full, and reports are prepared.
Yet, business owners still cannot clearly answer these questions:

Which products are we actually making money from?

How much of our cash is tied up in inventory?

Sales are increasing, but why is profitability decreasing?

After many years of working in corporate environments in ERP, business intelligence, and process consulting, I have clearly seen this:
The problem is usually not the software, but the lack of clearly defined processes.

Therefore, when working with SMEs, I first focus on the following:

Understanding the business and its processes before ERP

Simplifying sales, inventory, and financial flows

Building “single-screen, decision-oriented” reports for management

My goal is not to produce more reports,
but to make the right data visible at the right time.

I focus on building practical and sustainable systems
that bring together corporate discipline and the realities of SMEs.

This journey is just beginning.
It is possible to build a management culture in SMEs that speaks with numbers.
